Contact slot is a slot game from Play'n Go game provider that was released over a year ago. At first I was quite excited about this game as it was a new concept for them, also in the beginning I was playing this game quite a bit and had a few 100x bet wins so I definitely found the game appealing.

The game is inspired by a mythical temple, it brings you out to a jungle and your quest it to fill the slot's grid with matching symbols to activate the bonus round. I still enjoy this game as the slot isn't your typical 5 reel somewhat paylines slot. Here you 5 rows and every time you make a spin, your goal is to get winning cluster symbols- if at least one row gets to the top, you get 3 free spins bonus. 

However, it's not that easy to fill the entire grid as the game has no wild symbols, so you really need to get cluster symbols. It's not difficult to fill at least one row, so with that being said getting 3 free spins isn't difficult- but in my experience, for the most part they pay very low, sometimes even nothing. But if you're lucky enough to fill the entire grid, you get 6 free spins. What I like is that both in base game and bonus round, if you fill entire multiplier line, your win gets a multiplier- it goes up to 4x in base game but in free spins you can get much more. Another thing I love about the bonus round is that whenever you fill the multiplier line, you can also get additional free spins, symbol upgrade or higher multiplier. Quite some time ago I had a win over 200x bet from free spins round due to the fact that I had a symbol upgrade multiple times and I ended up with a premium cluster symbol and a high multiplier.

Overall I quite enjoy this game. It costs 0.20 cents per spin but even so, you need to be a bit careful with it as it can be quite volatile and sometimes base game hits are low. The 6 free spins bonus round can be difficult to get but I believe it's worth it. The design is beautiful and I enjoy the game play, so I do recommend to give it a try.

When I first looked at this game, I literally went “oh gawd!” That’s because I simply do not like any game that uses more than the standard 5-reels and 3-rows. It took me a long while just to accept the 4-rows and 5-rows variety, but this Contact game uses 7 rows! Oh gees! I may like it eventually, in due time, or I may not like it at all, only time will tell, but of course, if this game can pay big and good regularly, then I’d probably like it very quickly indeed! Hahaha.

Contact is yet one more clusters-pay kind of game, not my favourite kind unfortunately, so it took me a while to accept it and to play it. Someone else had managed to get a nice big win on it, so that encouraged me to give the game a try, at least one go, just to see for myself how the game would play and pay, and that I certainly did. Happy to say, the game played not too badly, although I still couldn’t get any win of 100x total bet or more, but a 93x win was close enough.

The best to get from this Contact game is in the Super Bonus Round, with its 6 free spins, a win multiplier of up to 30x, plus other extra features, like more free spins, a Block Destroyer that destroys the lower multipliers, thereby making the multipliers higher, and including a Symbol Upgrade that can upgrade all winning symbols for an even bigger win. Interesting features indeed! The Bonus Round, on the other hand, awards only 3 free spins, with up to 4x multiplier, but also includes all the other extra features, if you’re lucky enough to get them. Usually, those 3 free spins may get a few extra free spins, but they hardly give any good wins.

It is rather difficult to categorise the win values of the symbols, and of the paytable too, simply because they pay by each symbol in any winning cluster of 5 or more same symbols. The top highest symbol would pay 1.5x the total bet for each winning symbol, so getting all 35 of them would pay 52.5x bet at 4x multiplier, for a decent 210x total bet win, but not including the lead-up wins from the various drop-downs, and also not including any wins from the ensuing Bonus Round. Nonetheless, I cannot imagine what the maximum possible accumulated win can be, but it must be huge with that 30x multiplier!

Suffice to say for now, this Contact game should be worth many more plays, before its real winning potentials can be realised. Yeah, I certainly would be doing that on and off, hehehe.

Visually, this is one of Play 'N Go best looking slot in the past while now. This highly volatile slot is attractive and makes you want to play all the time. I simply cannot get enough of it, even though I do not win all the time, but it's just one of those slots that you would not get bored with.

With ancient temples in the backdrop and an enchanting soundtrack, you will notice it’s optimised to play in mobile portrait mode similar as to when you play Push Gaming slots, like Fat Rabbit, Wild Swarm and Jammin Jars on mobile. The slot has a Mayan theme and you need 5 symbols of the same kind next to each other to create a win.

Symbols on the reels are animal carvings including Mayan faces which are the most lucrative symbol. This is one of the few slots that does not have a wild symbol to substitute for anything.

The slot has a win multiplier feature in the base game and in free spins. If you fill the entire 2nd, 4th or 6th row with winning symbols, a multiplier of 2x, 3x or 4x respectively will be applied. If you build winning clusters all the way to the top row you will trigger the Bonus Round feature. If you fill the entire grid with winning symbols, you will play the Super Bonus Round feature.

The Bonus Round feature begins with 3 free spins and the Super Bonus Round feature starts with 6 free spins. Winning clusters remain on the grid throughout all free spins meaning that you can only increase your winning potential in both features.

During the bonus round feature, you can fill rows 2, 3, 5 or 6 with winning symbols to give you a multiplier of 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x respectively. If you fill rows 1, 4 or 7, you will benefit from 1 of 3 special features as to where the super bonus round feature has triple the number of multipliers and special features which are the following:
• Block Destroyer feature – Destroys 1 of the multiplier blocks allows other multiplier blocks to cascade down with an additional multiplier block to fill from the top. This can increase the multiplier as a result.

• Symbol Upgrade feature – This upgrade 1 of the winning clusters to the next high paying symbol.

• Extra Free Spins feature – this simply gives you 1 or 3 more free spin depending if its normal or super bonus feature.

If you manage to fill the grid with winning symbols before the free spins have been used, you will get an additional prize of 25 times your stake for each remaining free spin.

I like this slot and its first of its kind. I had a couple of wins ranging from x100 – x500. When the game runs cold, trust me you could have 20 empty spins after each other.
