We’ve all played so many Book games before that interest in such games have diminished by quite a lot by now. Players tend to play more of multi-reels/rows slots for the much higher maximum possible wins attainable, even though such huge wins are like striking a lottery prize. Not me though. I always stick to the medium to high variance slots for their more frequent winning possibilities, and Book games are one of such kind. They can be boring at times, but getting wins more often would always brighten up anyone’s day, or night.

This Book Of Poseidon game offers only 8 free spins (instead of the usual 10) when the feature is triggered by getting 3 or more scatter symbols anywhere on the reels, but it breaks from the traditional offering by allowing up to 9 Expanding symbols within one feature game itself! That gives so much more winning possibilities by the various active Expanding symbols, although the maximum possible single win remains at 5000x the bet amount (all 15 of Poseidon symbols). The cumulative total win from all the free spins played (free spins can be retriggered), may be more and higher, but I really do not know if the final winning amount would be capped at just 5000x.

Poseidon is the top paying symbol, at 500x for 5 of them, then followed by the Octopus at 160x. Getting 5 Books would pay 200x but would still award only 8 free spins. More free spins can be won during the feature play but you need to get 3 or more Books to get 8 more free spins, plus one additional Expanding symbol with each retriggering. Nonetheless, getting those retriggers are never easy!

I’ve played this Poseidon Book game a few times before, never had any luck on it, but today, I managed to get one 170x and one 90x wins. Nothing to shout about really, but at least I managed to get a screenshot to write this game review.

Getting one free spins feature game can be very hard indeed. It took me just short of 400 spins to get the first one, not counting my previous unsuccessful play sessions, and about 250 spins to get the second one. Wish those feature games could be triggered more quickly at times, but that’s how all Book games tend to play.
