Slot Features
A Wild symbol subs in for all the symbols except for the Bonus one, and it can spread vertically on the reel if a Bonus symbol appears on any other reel. If you hit 2 or more Bonus symbols, the Wilds will spread both vertically and horizontally from where it landed.
Carrot Link
Rabbit is your Bonus symbol and if you catch 3 of them, you will trigger the Carrot Link Spins. This is the feature that starts off with 3 respins awarded. The Bonus symbols that started the round will turn into carrots with multiplier values displayed, and they will get locked in the place where they are. With each spin if you hit more Carrots, they will also stick to the slot they land in and reset the respins count back to 3.
If, by any chance you hit a Harvester Bunnies instead of Carrots, they will collect all the visible wins and sum it as a multiplier on themselves as they will also stick to the reels, and make room for new Carrots to stick. Fertilizer Bunny will add its own multiplier to all the other visible wins, and Settler Bunny will add a reel or row to the bonus reels set. The round will end once you either get the Golden Key as the last symbol to fill the grid, or you run out of respins.
Summary
Bonus Bunnies is one really fun and brightly designed piece. The game doesn’t have many features to boast with but that doesn’t mean that it’s not a good choice to spend some idle time spinning. The volatility is hitting the medium range but it is leaning towards high with 96.14% RTP and max win cap hitting the x6950 your bet, which is pretty decent. The game may not be a highly volatile beast but that does not make it any less interesting, especially taking into the account the light hearted and cheerful theme and design.
Bonus Bunnies is a game I recently stumbled upon in one of my sessions. I had played the game a bit before but not enough to form an opinion on it. And I had seen other players in the past getting big wins from the bonus round, so I decided to stick around a bit to see if I'm gonna like it.
The game itself is created by Nolimit City game provider and I have to say it was nice to see some vibrant and positive design, but this game isn't a new game and Nolimit City latest releases have all gone with the dark, grim look. So having bunnies in the sunshine was a nice change and I wish they did more of this.
When it comes to the mechanics the game has 4 reels and 4 rows with 30 paylines. In terms of features, the game is very simplistic. In the base game you can get wild symbol expansion - that happens if you get a bonus symbol on the same spin as a wild symbol and then it will expand vertically, while for two bonus symbols on the same spin as a wild lands, it will expand on the row the bonus symbol landed and also vertically. I've only experienced this a few times and had a few wins around 30x due to this feature. While it's nothing major, it can help to keep the balance somewhat steady, which isn't bad either.
Then there's also a bonus round, triggered by 3 or more bonus symbols. As I said before, I had seen other players getting some big wins from this feature so I certainly had decent hopes. In the bonus round you get 3 free spins, which reset if you land a new symbol. It really reminds me of a subtle version of the Money Train slot, as you can land multipliers, coin values and collector symbols. However, if you fill the entire screen with symbols, the last one to land will be a golden key. The key will then award from 3x to 5x multiplier to the entire bonus win. I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the bonus round. I've had multiple bonus features with 20x-30x wins but a few times I even managed to fill out the entire screen and get the golden key, only to result in a win below 150x bet, which is my best win thus far.
Overall I find this game to be quite mediocre. I think the game design is a nice change as it's vibrant and not dark looking, as other of their games. But for me the bonus round lacks potential, I've had dozens of bonus features and haven't yet hit a single win above 150x even with the entire screen filled with symbols. I might play this game from time to time when low rolling or wagering as the base game gives small but frequent wins, but I don't plan to spend too much time on it.
