I've played this game a couple of times and was confused as hell when I did. Whenever a gaming providers choses to make use of other ways to trigger a bonus game or reward prizes in free spins, then this could definitely cause some confusion among casino players. Unfortunately it took me a couple of hundred spins and many looks at the paytable before finally "getting" it lol.

Anyway, Big Break has 15 paylines and 5 reels. The symbols are made up from several type of monkeys/gorillas and fruits. The main advantage of 15 liners is that the cost per spin is cheap at €0.15, but combinations will be harder to hit. I've played this game at the lowest bet size since my bankroll was vanishing when I chose to play this slot.

First of all to point out what I really like about this slot is the free spins feature. It's 15 Free spins gives the ability of paying off Monkey symbols as left to right scatters, the same as if playing on a way wins slot but only for a temporary amount of time until the free spins disappear. And if your wondering if it can be retriggered the simple and reassuring answer to follow is...YES! The scatter type pay outs can only be applied to monkey symbols and I think the "Big Break" Wild counts as a connector to those symbols which is pretty great! Another thing this fun slot has, derives from the "Lucky Break" symbol on the last reel. Surely sometimes if I see nothing in the first two reels from the left side but find something better on the last 3 reels, unexpectedly having the "Lucky Break" symbol on the 5th reel will pay out double of whatever is in connection starting from the right to left reel! This means that no payouts may eventually turn into some profits back. Lucky Break is the only symbol capable of substituting on everything but the scatters and if my memory serves me well then the Big Break symbol and Lucky break go together. if they don't than Microgaming needs to update that just to give us the benefit of the doubt. The other feature that's not worth talking about is the Surf's up bonus only triggered when you get all 5 Monkeys anywhere on the 5 reels, no duplicates.

The bonus is a click and stop to get a few credits so overall not the type to brag about. I would definitely recommend Big Break most of the time and I would give this slot a 9 out of 10! Some work like more paylines again are needed!
