Arthur's Quest II

Arthur`s Quest II is a sequel of a original game from Amaya Gaming called Arthur`s Quest. I prefer to play this game because it is not only new and improved version of the previous one but it is also more generous. I found that it is more easy to activate the features in this game than in the Arthur`s Quest slot.

Arthur`s Quest II is a 5 reels and 9 pay lines video slot game. This game has the same features, but they are way more lucrative. I found it quite easy to activate too. I have not played this game in a while so I will definitely make a deposit and hope to relive the previous experience. Most of the times I was activating the Enchanted Dragonfly feature. This feature does not seem challenging at all because you do not have to do anything you just watch a dragonfly picking a fly, and it is not very rewarding either. But it comes on regular basis so it is okay. By the way, this feature is activated with the Guinevere bonus symbol.

My favorite feature in the Arthur`s Quest II is the Sword in the Stone. Here, you need to pick swords to reveal multipliers. What I like the most here is that if you find the one that says ‘finish’ the game is over, but if it is hiding behind the first sword than you will collect the highest prize. I consider myself not to be that lucky with features like this so I know that this will not happen to me for sure. Until now, the highest amount that I have won from this feature is 30 x bet.

My least favorite feature here is the Pick a Spell where you have to pick one spell to reveal your prize. I did not like the wins from this feature at all.

In Arthur's Quest II there are a few changes than the first Arthur's Quest. The player is now allowed to bet a minimum $0.09, $0.45, $0.90, $2.25 and above. It will be tricky to master the buttons at first even on my first try so be cautious in playing with the coin sizes and other buttons.

Arthur's Quest II is exactly like the first Arthur's Quest but with more improved smooth graphics, better changes in the bets and sizes to really see what react's the best for me, and it's more colorful. The previous slot looks simpler. The bad news for Arthur's Quest II becomes a problem with the speed of the spins. To me this is a small problem but for anyone it probably will or won't be. As each spin is dealt the reels are stopped slowly as opposed to the first Arthur's Quest. I was able to spin it swiftly (in a trigger like fashion) and the reels stopped in a quick way so to speak. As I played with $0.90 this time instead of $0.45 it still gives out satisfactory winnings. $0.90 bets become $1.50 or lower and bonuses inside for a minimum of 3 scatters adjacent to each other (Arthur, Merlin or Guinevere) gave me $18 if I find the max multiplier of 20x...less so if I'm not that lucky in a bonus. It's funny that this slot needs a high bet to give off a normal bonus payout.

I forgot to mention in my other review for Arthur's Quest that bonus symbols don't need to start from the first reel, they can appear anywhere so long as they are together. For example Reels 2, 3 and 4 or Reels 3, 4 and 5 for bonus symbols. Of course more scatters are better and this will increase the wealth coming from the bonuses....so even an $18 max win can turn into $36 or even $54 if really good luck happens to be with me. Scatters of 4 or a very hard earned 5 can really be stubborn so don't expect these to come by anytime soon.

I have not had 4 scatters on any of the AQ slots including this one. Improved graphics, bet coins and sizes changed for the better, same standard 3 bonus features as in the first AQ, and the same average normal winnings regardless if my bets are $0.45 or $0.90. Overall Arthur's Quest II gets a 7 out of 10! This slot needs to work harder...by wins, bonuses etc. because I've seen better in other 9 paylines slots!
