Hello. More than 3 weeks ago I made a withdrawal request, after some time, the money was returned and no withdrawal was made, but my profile was blocked for withdrawals with very strange wording. I wrote to customer support where I was told to wait 2 weeks for verification of the bets. Well it has been over 2 weeks and no change. Now when I write to customer support again they no longer say just 2 weeks but cannot say how long the verification will take - in theory it could take forever with this wording. All this seems to have been done so that the person does not have the option to withdrawal, but just lose and leave it with them. I am very unhappy with this and would like to recover my funds, because now I have 1,300 euros. Maybe it is possible to contact the casino to check how legal it is?

Ybets.net, can you tell me what licence you are currently operating under so I can check if it exists. And who is the mysterious, sports provaider that should be reviewing the bets. There is nothing changed now. And AskGamblers, please notice how they still ignore my question about who is this mysterious bets provider that's more than month checking awkwardly bets to allowe withdrawal money. This is clearly scam and time wasting. As I read others clients complients, after this they will ask me to make KYC process where will be the same. Neverending waiting. Please AskGamblers, stop marked this casino as certified. They just try to dont make a withdrawals anyways. It's not a normal that client not allowed to withdrawal his clearly earned money.
