Dear AskGamblers,

I have been on YBETS for a month or so depositing thousands of euros. My most recent deposits using Apple Pay. I won a large amount and have a balance before making the maximum two withdrawals for weekly amount of 920 euros and 917 euros. Last night I got an email stating the first withdrawal to my card that was used in the first place had been cancelled due to a payment provider issue and to choose another method.

Since this the funds 920 euros have not been credited back to to my account balance to withdraw so essentially completely missing with no explanations. This was after having to wait 6 days before anything even happened to the withdrawals. I have been onto the support several times daily and they keep saying wait for financial department to investigate but nothing is being done.

I have done two new withdrawals for 1846 to Skrill incase it happened again with my card and these are still awaiting processing so no idea when they will go through. I have another 8937 euros to withdraw plus the missing 920 euros. As you can imagine this is very distressing.

When I first joined they sent a crypto withdrawal very quickly.

I’m not getting anywhere at all with the missing 920 euros or with getting the total balance then subsequently withdrawn and it’s a large sum. Any help would be much appreciated. I have lots of screenshots of the chats if needed.

Many thanks

They’ve taken 920 euros from a cancelled withdrawal that they say failed and not returned to my balance at all. This was last Wednesday night.

I have two pending withdrawals for 1846 euros since Thursday as I had to redo them. I changed to Skrill to make sure could go through.
And 10,387 euros still to withdraw even after these amounts are sorted out.

So in all 13,153 euros.


So a lot of money to be recovered.

Dear AskGamblers and YBETS

Many thanks for assisting.

An update last night:

The 920 euros have been credited back to my account.
One of the withdrawals has been processed for 1000euros to Skrill.
The other withdrawal done within seconds that day is still not done so no idea how they manage what withdrawal is processed when.

I’ve submitted a new withdrawal for 920 euros.
Balance still to be withdrawn 10,387 euros so still some way to go to get it all resolved but nudge in direction/ please keep open to get the full funds withdrawn- thanks again for your help with this matter.

So the situation as stands is finally the withdrawal from 24th October has been done successfully. So a small positive step but it took 11days.

I have 4 active withdrawal requests for 920, 919, 917 and 920 euros totalling 3,676. There is still 7.3k euros to then request withdrawal for in my remaining balance. At the current pace of completing withdrawals (11days) it's going to take weeks and weeks - even months to get the balance into my Skrill account,

Thanks for your assistance to resolve this. I hope we can get it sorted as it's a decent casino YBETS have - this is all that lets them down.

Any way YBETS team can speed this all up to resolve issues would be appreciated.

For an unknown reason one of the withdrawals has been cancelled 920euros - no communication why at all even contacting support. This is despite three successful withdrawal to Skrill now.

It’s going to take forever to get this all resolved at this rate.

Last week a withdrawal was cancelled with no explanation. 

Then all three other withdrawals were cancelled overnight and I got an email asking for KYC information.

I have no problem supplying this it just seems slightly odd timing given I’ve been using the platform for some time, have had four withdrawals processed to that point and the big win I was partly withdrawing happened on the 19th October.

So it’s now weeks and weeks and still a large amount sat in the account now unavailable to withdraw. I’m being told another ten days to review documents.

By that point It will be 5 weeks and still another 7893 euros to withdraw from hitch at the limit of 2000 per week means I’m unlikely to get the funds before 2025 at this rate! It’s all getting stressful now unfortunately.

I like YBETS the platform but this process is really not good it be three months form start to end before all resolved if all withdrawals get processed in a timely manner once enabled.
