I made a withdrawal request for the min. Allowed daily. Request was canceled. Said need to check with game provider before I can request a withdrawal again. This was on Jan 3 and support has no new info on when. This is a common issue with other players complaints. I have made a withdrawal in the past. Please help. Requested amount is $1000

Hello, I tried to sign in to my account but I am now blocked. I received an email with today’s promotion and bonus but the site has now blocked my access. Is there a reason for this ?

Also, I withdrawal request was sent to gaming verification 3 weeks ago, so that can’t be accurate. Got some strange reason , I am unable to access the site now . They blocked me . This is so wrong for a casino to open a casino to players with their only intention was to take and make as much as possible . There is no player support and all is a front. Just horrible

AskGamblers , please help.
I tried to re request the withdrawal after given notice from ybets that they/ provider has completed their check and they had no further questions.
Well I tried to request the withdrawal of min. $1000 and they told me that it was canceled again because they need to check with my gameplay.
I told then in chat that I already went through the wait of 14 days or more , and it’s has completed and the agent closed the chat on me . I told them my gameplay has been check , why would they want to check it again? I haven’t played since requesting the first time. This is just horrible . Please seek clarifications from ybets.
