Eurofortune Casino - Won't withdraw to my skrill account

Back in november i created a eurofortune account and also created a skrill account to withdraw money. I waited about 5 weeks before reversing the withdrawal and trying again to the same account and it is stuck on the screen which i have attached

I have also emailed eurofortune twice, but with no response.

There is also not alot to read on the website regarding any issues like this

still no contact from eurofortune or any sign of refund. Although it hasn't yet been 18 days since this withdrawal, i have been waiting around 3 months all together.

Still awaiting a resolution
