I requested my payout on September 6, 2016. I have been continuously emailing with no response now, also calling with no return call. I was finally connected with a chat representative on the Casino site (after continuously trying to chat with no representative answering) and was again told I was approved and to contact Robyn at 844-632-0968 or email her at [email protected]­ilv­ero­akc­asi­no.com. I have called before and left messages and called again and was told to leave a message which I did, and have not received a response at all. I just tried calling the number again and was asked by a recorder to leave a message, which I did leave another message again. They are quick to take your deposits, what about the payouts to their clients/customers?

The Casino have been reported to have slow payments. It is also part of the rebranded Crystal Palace Group and is linked with the notorious rouge Virtual Casino Group who are known for slow payments and have been reported of voiding player winnings.

I just tried emailing and calling again. No response on the email, though I did get a "delivery receipt" on two of the emails I sent it to (sent it to 4 different emails). When I called last night, I got a recording "we are updating our phone system" and no one answered nor gave me the opportunity to leave yet another voice mail.
