Hi,

I opened an account with 10bet.co.uk and I provided all ID requested and had this approved prior to making a deposit.

I also chose not to receive a bonus.

I made two withdrawals on Sunday 4th September and 6 days later, these are still showing as pending withdrawals.

I have sent countless emails, to which I have received various responses including that I will receive my money shortly, that it will take 48 hours to process, then 3-5 days to process etc.

Now they don't seem to be responding to my emails!

Please help!

Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.

Dear Lawyer4444,

I have checked your account and saw that the withdrawal in question was already processed last Friday (09.09.).

The withdrawal was pending with our internal auditing team a little longer, but was eventually released.

Apologies for the delay & congrats on your winnings!
