Wont accept ID for withdrawal

I was always verified for the past year as soon as I win big. They ask for my ID. I have sent at least 10 different photos of my ID. Every single time I get an excuse it’s not high enough quality. Let me tell you, I have the iPhone 12 Pro. And the quality of the ID cannot get any clearer, it’s literally impossible. I have sent customer Complaint through them and October 6th got email saying, it’s not clear. I just want my ID verified so I can get my withdrawal. Down below I uploaded screenshot of the amount of times I uploaded photo of ID. I also uploaded the most recent picture of my ID that I submitted front and back of drivers license. And finally I uploaded a screenshot when I contacted customer resolution, that’s what they replied with. Doesn’t meet quality standards. That’s I uploaded the same ID here, so you guys can see for yourselves what I uploaded to them. This is just an excuse of theirs so they don’t need to pay my $3000+ withdrawals. Lastly, I uploaded the picture of my withdrawals that have been pending 4+ days now because they won’t verify my ID. Hopefully you guys accept my complaint and tell them that the ID picture is clear and it should be acceptable and not “unclear”. Thank you for your time!

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that 10bet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions #3.5 and #16.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

MIGUELWINS2020, we are sorry that your experience with us didn’t quite match your expectations.

The case is related to an identified breach of our terms and conditions (section 3.5 and section 16). This infringement led to an unfairly realized gaming activity which outcome could not be logically honored.

The decision was made in accordance with the contractual agreement between 10bet and the customer. Solid evidence is internally available to support this course of action.

We take these matters very seriously. Security is essential to us, and we treat it with the highest level of care and accuracy.

Hello. Fraud and illegal activity have now been reported Federal Malta Cyber Crime Unit. They have broken more European Commission regulations, resolution email has been sent 10 days ago still no response. Terms and conditions “ We will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt and all reasonable efforts will be made to resolve any reported matter promptly and, at a maximum, within 10 days.” I believe 10bet is operating illegally. I am now pursing full legal action. Once again I submitted documents 96 hours ago and still not reviewed, they advertise 48 hours. Misleading.

User name - Babioras. I opened my account on 25th of January, made deposit and win £4500. I upload all neccessary documennts for account verification but my account is still not verifayed and no one can provide a reason why - „additional check need to be done” - what check? „Just additional check need to be done on first withdraval”. When I am asking when it will be verified and why casino is missing the deadline - „please give us more time”, how long - „we cant give exact date, jus please wait a little bit longer” , when I ask to speak with someone who can provide a reason why nothing was done with my account and on which stage the verification is after 48h - „we cant see this information, relevant team need to make additional check”, when I ask to speak with the manager „there is no available manager at the moment to take your call”. To finalize - customer service cant reply on any of yours questions, cant give any exact date, they just can say „sorry, please wait longer”. That is unprpfessional, and casino shouldnt work as this, if you promise to verify the account in 48h this need to be done, if it wasnt done you need to provide a reason! I just spent 20 minutes on phone with customer servise (before I was chating with several team members) and it was just waste of time! They are saying that account verification should take up to 48h, now I am waiting longer and nothing was done! Question to ASKGAMBLERS I find this casino on your recomendations so please help now to sort this issue! As this is unrespect for player!!!!
