Withdrawal problems at Euro Play Casino

I made a withdrawal request to my Neteller account the 16th of march 2014. It has status waiting still. I have sent them a lot of mails, but they usually don't answer. At livechat (when it works they said they look into the matter and told me to contact them tomorrow). This was yesterday, The chat was dissapeared today, tried later the livechat was on again, but noone there.

I made a request for them to correct my amount to $1000 instead of the $4500 I asked for in the first place. Because I only could withdraw 10x deposit in the first place. They still dont answer me. I have also no options to cancel my withdrawal.

I have fulfilled the required playthrough for my deposit bonus. I made a withdrawal request 8 weeks ago. I still don't have got my money. I have chatted with them several times. Once a week. Every time the said I will get my next week. 2 weeks ago they said I should get my money at the end of May. I chatted with them 30 of May and the told me I will get my money 3rd of June. Still no money at my account. Today I asked again where my money was. They answered that I will get them next week. Now they also told me they had some technical problems. I have also sent several mails, but they don't respond... Can someone please help me?

I tried to chat with them today, but they don't answer chat. My money has not yet been paid to my account. It's been over 2 months now since I made my withdrawal request.

Talked to Patrik at Euro Play, and he told me he should talk to the finance team tomorrow. They always tell me they will talk to the finance team, but nothing happens.
