Withdrawal payment delayed


Hi! I’m a customer of Casino Cruise, and one week ago (SUNDAY 04/02/2018) i requested a withdrawal of £750.00. My account was completely verified on 07/02/2018 11:08:57. After the account is verified 100% the withdrawal request can take up to 48hours to be approved. Today is sunday 11/02/2018 14:35 and my withdrawal is still in pending (more then 90hours since my account was verified 100%). Customer service said the withdrawal request is under routine check but every day i get the same answer! Please help me to get my money as soon as possible. Thank you!

Finally the withdrawal request was approved yesterday evening but i’m still upset for this issue. Same yesterday i asked the customer service to close my account because i’m not happy at all with this casino, and they tried to give me 5 free spins to keep the account open. But seriously now.. 5 free spins on the minimum bet? Sometimes i’m not winning with 30-40 free spins.. what can i do with 5 free spins.. my answer was NO, PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. They still didn’t closed my account i’m just unable to deposit and play any game. Is not enough.. i want the account closed forever to be unable to log in. Thank you for understanding.

Where do I start.....

On the 18th of October, I set up an account with Casino Cruise.

I was not allowed to deposit due to documentation. I kindly sent all my documents, UK driver's license, Bank statement.

Had the confirmation back saying everything was fine on the 19th of Oct.

I then deposited then around £450 pounds and won £800 pounds. The withdrawal was 72 hours to review, which was fine. This then went over the allocated time frame, then I pushed customer service, within minutes I was asked to send a selfie with my driver's license, which I kindly did.

My account then was blocked I could not log in, they then advised I had a self-exclusion ban... I actually had that removed and kindly sent the certification from GamStop.

I still have not received any withdrawal from them, I continue to get the same email.

This was a further 6 days ago, I emailed yesterday on the 16th of November still nothing.

I have lost the will to live on this, no casino can justify months of waiting and saying I am a top priority.
