hi,

my account is verified. i made a withdrawal of INR 30,000 which according to royal panda was processed on 26th April.

first email i got from royal panda was that it will take 1-5 workings days for funds to reach my account. but on 5th may i contacted them to check the status, i was told that due to international bank transfer it will take 1-10 working days.

i waited till 11th may and no funds in my account. i contacted royal panda again through email to check status.
they said funds should be there on my account, and if it's not there send us bank statement. i sent my bank statement with transaction. after 24 hrs, i got a reply that my case has been escalated to relevant department and was told to wait for 1-3 days.

3 days have passed still i have not got any reply, today i contacted costumer service through chat and michal on chat told me to send bank statement again, i told him i have already sent it. later he came up with reply that your case has already with the finance team and there is no update yet.

i don't know what is happening, why they are holding my funds.
please help me to get my funds as i am feeling unsecured because i saw so many complaints for royal panda with same nature.

We process all withdrawals within 24 hours. Once the withdrawal has been processed from our side, it may take from 1 to 5 working days for funds to be credited to the bank account.

We’ve checked your account and noticed that your withdrawal of INR 30,000 was reversed due to the bank’s internal policy and therefore your funds were credited back to your Royal Panda account on the 16th May at 09:24 AM CET. Our customer service also sent you an email about that.

We kindly recommend you to choose Skrill/Neteller as your withdrawal method, however, your e-wallet account will need to be verified first. If you wish to receive further explanation regarding your reversed withdrawal, we advise you to contact your bank accordingly.
