It's just ridiculous how badly this casino treats it's customers.

After depositing a few months ago, i have been continuously spammed with free spins. I played them through with no luck, but finally won last month. I played my balance up to 100e without breaking any rules, and sent a withdrawal.

Now, my account is verified and i have deposited & withdrewn before (it was slow back then aswell, but at least it came). So you'd think that since i'm using e-wallets and have verified account, getting out such a small sum of money wouldn't take that long. But no, gosh.

I sent the request 10.9, and after this terrible 18 working days period i finally received my payment yesterday (19 working days, btw)

You'd think that if you have 18 days to process a 100 euro payment to a verified account, you'd at least get it right. But no no no, after a month of battling and over a dozen emails, 9,95 euros arrived to my neteller.

So here is the current situation:

- 90 euros are missing, they werent paid to my neteller or returned to my account
- I have sent several emails during the last 20 hours, no answer from anywhere. I have talked with live chat representative 2 times, but apparently they cant do anything, or are just refusing to help.
- I have sent emails to multiple different "personal" email addresses (angel­a,s­onj­a,a­ndreas) of these customer "helpers", and also to normal customer service email, no luck. This finnish representative did have balls to send me a special bonus offer this morning though, so apparently she is using her email, just refusing to explain the situation or answer my questions.

For the love of god.. how do you expect me to actually play here when i can't get out a 100e withdrawal? I hate to complain, i have been really patient, but if this is how this casino operates, i really don't want anyone to play here.

This can be removed. Still haven't gotten the money but it turned out to be an honest mistake, amount (100) was correct but it was wrong currency. Support has been very helpful during the weekend.

My complaint still stands, there are issues with this casino, but this particular problem i can understand.
