Moneystorm Casino - Withdrawal not processed for more than 2 months

First when i played at this casino and won a small amount of money, everything went good. Then I made another deposit and happened to won a bigger amount of money. They asked for copy of identification and those usual documents, fair enough. I send them. Then some sort of account limit increase document. Even that wasn't anything usual, very ridicilous. Well, I fill it send it.
Then I had email what said that they are processing my cashout now and if I want to follow it, it will delay the process. This email a got 7 weeks ago.
Well I didn't wanted to delay the process and nothing has happened. I have contacted network, which game I played and this wasn't very helpful experience. I try to contact the owner of this brand as well, but only find a fax number, which i think I have to use.

Could you help me with this nonsense?

No, nothing.
I've got answer for my last email and it was like that:
"Our records show your withdrawal request is pending. We will contact our Accounting Manager in order to get the details on the transaction and email you back with the information as soon as is available. " This was seven days ago. I haven't heard anything after that.

I also contacted this Steve who answered at this complaint. Well, I haven't heard anything from him either.

I've got the owner of this brand's phone number, thou. I will have to contact it(Operia Corp Limited) for some information. For example, which country(if any) this is registered.

No one bothers to answer me or if someone does, no one can give me any answers. Maybe others don't think about it, but this kind of withdrawal processes cost me money(Phone bill's, labor, etc.) and of the withdrawal will took several months, it is a lot.
So, I'm pretty much done with these contact him-contact there-contact me-he will contact you soon-kind of game. I will contact Operia beginning of the week and if nothings happens, I 'll need to think another solution for this.

Someone will promise to contact, but no one ever will.

I have had withdrawal open for about 9 months now, I have get my original deposit back and lots of promises that I will had my money soon. Now, few weeks ago I've got email with a topic of "issue" and that message is somewhere else, what I can not reach. I have tried to open that message with the help of live chat, but that help is as practical as a jogging pants for a horse.

Funny thing. My cashout has some sort of issues, when they already told me half a year ago that this issue is already solved. I will add a screenshot of that email I've got from moneystorm, notice the date.

I found email from you in my spam folder and replied it yesterday.
Usually I have just get email what says something like:"We have send you message to the site we created, the message is very hard to open, we won't help you and it's encrypted by Zodiac. Thank you for understanding."
Can't remember which word's you were using, those or something else.
This time someone send me email from his own name(or some name), we'll see what happens. I'll wait for your reply to the end of this week.

That email what I found in my spam folder said that has a new owner and now they want to clear their name and pay to their customers, but Skrill doesn't work for now. I replied and I was willing to chance my withdrawal method to one what they were offering.
I didn't heard anything for 4 days. So I send new email in which I asked, how is his: "earning back players respect"-project going. No reason, I just felt lonely in the morning.
I get respond very quickly, what said that in Monday I will get something by wire transfer, if I want to share this information with them. Of course I wanted!

When I look at our common path, I need to say that I trust more than I trust most of my friends. They know more sensitive and delicate facts about me and every time they want more information, I Will Tell!
I'm waiting Monday, anxiously! <3

At the June 8, I should've get payment "right away". Four days later, I've got email what said that I will get something on Monday. Five days later, I have absolutely nothing. No money, not even another promises.
Well, soon we have one year anniversary with this withdrawal. Have you bought me a present?

First I've got an email what said that some new ownership group is in their progress of earning back the players trust and now they are paying to me.
But, a little problem. Skrill doesn't work for another week or two, so I need to choose another payment method. Well I chose Western Union. I haven't heard anything after that. some days ago, I contacted them again and asked how was this dudes morning. He answered that he will send me something at Monday(10 days ago).by wire transfer. Something has happened to Western Union by that time. Maybe they have broke it too, I don't know, it was out of discussion.
If some one is gullible enough and want to believe that they are not telling a lie, well, maybe they are not, they just didn't told me what Monday they are talking about.
I can later add a screenshot at those emails if someone is interested.
