Excessive delay on withdrawal


I made a deposit of 100 euros and win another 100 euros bonus.

After completing the rollover, I asked for a withdrawal on November 19 for a value of 2000 euros.

On November 28, the company canceled my order. They alleged that I did not send the documents. My account was already verified. I chatted and re-ordered the same day.

I have not received my money yet. The company no longer responds to my emails.

I have been there for 10 days without knowing the reason for this delay.

First, thanks for choosing Mrringo and sorry for the delayed payment.

Yesterday payment was sent to your Neteller account. The reason of the delay was a suspicion of "group playing" and that´s why the withdrawal request and the account of the player examine profoundly.

The point is that we have to check all players very attentively, and sometimes it takes time.
