I did a request for a withdrawal on 16/12/2016 and on 17 i sended all the documents for withdrawal what they asked me. AFTER 7 day's they return my money back in casino acount in 24/12/2016 without a reason, they didn't let me know about this think . used to talk every day with diffrent persons from staff , and every day they gave me diffrent explication. I have all the proofs, i have pictures with everything... this is a abuse. I followed all the site rules.. but they still don't respect they own rules.

Good news, our Risk team found that the bets in question were NOT part of your Welcome Bonus as originally suspected. Therefore, no terms breach took place. I did suspect this after reviewing your account yesterday, but had to wait for it to be confirmed officially.
Your £450 withdrawal has been reinstated and the full amount is now being sent to you. Please give the usual 2-5 working days for the payment to be processed. Again, please accept our apologies for this mistake. We manually process hundreds of withdrawals per day and, sadly, at times, mistakes are made.
I'm still awaiting feedback on why your withdrawal was placed back into your account on December 24th, however. That may take a little longer to get an answer on.
Regardless, I hope that this news has brightened up your week and that we can put this issue behind us.
