Withdrawal declined with no explanation


I made a withdrawal of £1000 on the 2nd june 2018. This has been declined with no explanation. Have emailed but no response or resolution. I have withdrawn befor with no issue. Frustrated and dissapointed!! I try to go to live chat and this is allways unavailable.

Ive deposited and won fair and square.

Never had any trouble with any other site.

Hi i did co-operate with the casino and sent paperwork...however this wouldnt of been an issue if the casino had advised me via some kind of communication that i needed to do this. The problem has now been sorted with a promp payout!
