Withdrawal approved twice, but now declined after a month


I have had problems before out of this casino, the first time I won 300 and it was approved that was in December of 2016 it took till April 2017 to receive it after many attempts and contacts to the casino and after placing a complaint on here they finally sent it. Then in July I won 100 and it was approved on the 13th and then a few days later I won 269 and it was approved on the 17th all of July. I have talked to live chat numerous times and they have all told me to be patient(which I have and gave them the appropriate time frame they listed) and that my payment had been to the processors and I should be receiving it shortly totaling 369.00. Well as of Tuesday I talked to live chat(Franz) once again and then now they are telling me only the 100 is approved now and that my 269 was approved to be declined?! That doesn't make sense after the fact that I have talked to them numerous times(and saved all our transcripts) and them saying BOTH my payments have been sent out to the processors and now they are backtracking. I have deposited numerous times on this site and now I'm starting to wonder if they are just trying to keep my money. I gave them another chance after the first incident back in December with my withdrawal and here they are doing this again. Every time up until Tuesday they have told me the same thing I was approved for 369.00 and they were sent to processors and I will be receiving my BOTH my checks and now they are telling me only the 100 is coming. Doesn't make sense to me and them to just now tell me my withdrawal was approved(twice) just to be declined!? Also, in my account on the casino it shows both checks APPROVED! I just hope they aren't scamming people. I just want my money that I won and them to stop giving me the run around all of a sudden. This is the only casino that I have ever had problems with.

I have not received any emails from you--I have zero issues with lost emails. This is a private email address and you would be the first person to claim they've sent me something that I've not received.

Please check your sent files to make certain you've sent to the correct address. Until you can provide the necessary information, there's nothing I can do to help you further.
