Hello

I am submitting this complaint in regards to the $5,000 that was originally requested on May 18th. I have followed up with live chat a number of times and was told that an approval would be on the way. Unfortunately, it still has yet to move past the approval stage. I went ahead and withdrew another $2,500 to be sure that my documents are in order (otherwise the withdrawal request would have been blocked). This, as well as the original payout requests from May, are shown in the screenshot provided.

Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was issued to your wallet, yesterday: 9/30 Paid $4898 (0.250178) + no Service Fee BTC transaction #72716713 ($2,398.00), #72716719 ($2,500.00).

I do see that you have two more withdrawals pending and those will be approved on the 3rd. ;-)

I have received the $5,000 withdrawn back in May - thank you. Please let me know if it would be possible to receive the $2,500 that was recently withdrawn.
