Verification Issue


I have been trying to get 2 particular documents verified in order to withdraw, since June 6, 2022. I’ve sent emails and spoken with live chat several times but can’t get anyone to resolve this. This issue has been escalated 3 times now, once by Beatriz Morris, then Ronald and a 3rd chat rep yesterday. The department that handled this hasn’t bothered to respond to any inquiries. Why would I continue to deposit if I’m unable to cash out? Please see attached screenshots of chats I’ve had supporting my complaint.

Dear all,

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the player decided to close the casino account. The AskGamblers Complaint Team decided to reject the case since the verification of the casino account as the subject of this complaint is not an issue anymore.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

I have chosen to cancel my account at Vegas Strip Casino, so I’m withdrawing my complaint. Since I don’t have a pending withdrawal, this is the best resolution for me. Thank you, AskGamblers, for your assistance. Unfortunately, Vegas Strip Casino and it’s affiliate have no regard for their loyal depositing players.

I don’t have a pending withdrawal at this time. I did back in early June but after repeated attempts to get my documents verified, I just played out the money in my casino account. I have continued to try to get my documents verified since June 6, 2022, but am still waiting for Vegas Strip Casino to respond. You have all the documents supporting my complaint to date. I don’t want to continue to deposit if I have no way to withdraw if I win money.
