Waiting for too long again to get paid


Thank you in advance. I had a $1503 cash out on Sept 2 and on Sept 20th I just happened to log on to the casino and saw that the $1503 was returned to my casino account. I contacted live chat and also sent an email inquiring about this. A couple of months prior to this I had already updated all of my documents and it was verified. As of this day it is still in the pending state. Their 5 - 7 days approval policy seems to not apply to them. I know things can take a little longer than usual, but it seems like if we say nothing, nothing happens with certain casinos. You have certainly helped me in the past and it is very much appreciated.

I apologize for the slow reply. I tend to respond to those complaints nearest to expiration first--each time you were replying to your complaint, it was re-setting the clock, which caused the delay.

In any event, once I do see a new complaint, I get to work straight away on it. To this end, your payment was already sent to our processor, Wednesday: 10/20 Paid $1039 + no Service Fee for transaction #71067095. I would expect the funds will reach your account in the next few days.
