Waiting for too long again to get paid
Thank you in advance. I had a $1503 cash out on Sept 2 and on Sept 20th I just happened to log on to the casino and saw that the $1503 was returned to my casino account. I contacted live chat and also sent an email inquiring about this. A couple of months prior to this I had already updated all of my documents and it was verified. As of this day it is still in the pending state. Their 5 - 7 days approval policy seems to not apply to them. I know things can take a little longer than usual, but it seems like if we say nothing, nothing happens with certain casinos. You have certainly helped me in the past and it is very much appreciated.
