Payment delayed for months

On 6/23/21 I requested a withdrawal of $900.29. After the bonus amount of $262.50 is deducted the total payout is $647.79. I received a confirmation email and contacted Live Support to check if any additional information is needed since they already had my documentation from the previous withdrawal. I was told they had everything they needed and that processing will take 5 to 7 days. I never received any communication after that initial email. Since that time I have sent emails and contacted Live Support several times asking for the status of my withdrawal. My emails are ignored and Live Support just a keeps telling me what they tell everyone, that they will 'escalate' it. I have emails and chat transcript. Can you help?
