Delayed withdrawals from Vegas Strip


I made 2 withdrawal requests from Vegas Strip on June 13. I had been receiving payouts from sister casinos for weeks before that so I know my wire information was correct. They subsequently denied me the withdrawals 3 times for 'payout information needing updating' (i.e. a 6-week stall) Finally on 8/12 they approved a partial on one of the requests. I still have not received it and when I do a chat to ask if it has even been sent to the processor yet, they can't answer.

How do they expect people to play when you literally have to beg them to follow their own withdrawal terms for weeks/months on end?
