Blocked me on live chat and email
I registered at this casino 20/11/22 and received no deposit free chip bonus. At first live chat was perfectly working then when I was near completing the wager requirement, I was going to use the live chat to ask about verification process but live chat was not working already (blocked me)
I logged out and had a hard time to re-log in so decided to email them to say that I can’t log in but they blocked the email that I registered.
So with no verification I tried to withdraw the funds, and was declined twice.
They blocked me on chat and email. How am I suppose to verify my account and withdraw the funds. I know it is a small ammount ($100) of money but I want them to stop doing this things to players.
Please help me.
