I am submitting this complaint in regards to three withdrawals with a sum total of approximately $7,500 - the first of which has been pending since December, with the other two requested in February. I have made sure to email necessary information and have submitted my documentation via the HooYu confirmation. Also, I followed up with the chat service a number of times and was told each time that an approval would be coming shortly - but unfortunately, this has still not happened. Please get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Thank you.

There will be another approval sorted, this morning and I would expect the payment to be issued a day or two following. As soon as I receive the transaction details, I'll be back with another update.
