I recently requested a withdraw from this casino for just £5, this was not processed. It has not came up on my recent transactions (my deposit is there) nor are they replying to any of my emails (I have sent three to date). I have attached the only proof I can think of, which is my recent transactions showing the deposit that was made, I can not find a record of the withdrawal due to it not being processed, but I can send something else that you need if you request.
