Planet 7 Casino - Wire transfer still not received

Withdrawal requested on Aug 25th
Approved August 30th for $1167.

As of today, I still have not received my withdrawal. A wire transfer does not take two weeks. Even an international withdrawal does not take 2 weeks. The information above says to play fair. Who is holding this casino to playing fair?

When I received a check for a previous withdrawal, when I logged in the program told me that a check had been sent. This time I have nothing just payments saying it was done almost 2 weeks ago.

As of 10-18-16 I am no longer getting responses to my emails. Still no wire transfer. Very frustrated.

Hi Jeterfe--

First, I must apologize for the delays, but also for my very slow reply. Unfortunately, I've been traveling for work and I'm now just trying to get caught up while still on the road.

I will speak with my finance manager tomorrow and I'll be back as soon as I have information about your wire.

Again, I truly apologize for all this.

First let me say that after all this time, this morning my wire transfer was pending in my account. I beleive I owe thanks to who ever Tawni is. Thank you Tawni.

I also want to note that I received two emails this morning in reference to this delayed wire transfer.
The first one was very nice and similiar to the email I received last week stating that there was an issue with their processor and that I would be getting my tranfer soon.
The second one was not as nice. The lady stated that I should have had the transfer that was sent on 10-5 and to me she basically called me a liar. She said that I needed to send 3 months of bank statements (why 3 months). This all was from 10-5 less than one month ago. Why did she want 3 months worth of statements.

I am so upset with this entire ordeal. I'm glad I finally got my payment but sad because the games on this casino were very good and fun. I will never give them any money again.

Also thank you askgamblers because without this service I dont think I would have had a resolution.
