Hello , i am Silvia Righi and i want to complaint about this matter .

Tonight i have deposit 30€ and take the 200% at 10Bet Casinò , i have play Go Bananas and Gonzo's Quest .
At one time with a bet of 2€ i win 109,70€ but doesnt appear in my balance and after with a bet of 2€ i have also won 22.80€ ( i have a screenshot )
The customer support doesnt want to help me , they say that there is no problem with the software or my account and i have had to send an email with more information .
I have no balance updating after the winnings and this is so frustrating , can you help me?

Hello Silvia,

your complaint submitted to support at 12:27 AM this morning has been reviewed today by the relevant department and the winnings are already in your balance. To say that support do not want to help you but want you to send emails is not proper, as you have to send an email complaint with relevant details so the issue can be investigated and so that the root of the problem can be found. And it has been found, and your winnings have been credited.
