Winnings still not fully payed out after more than 4 months

Won 1047 euro 6/2/2016,after fulfilling the welcomebonus. Asked for a withdrawal but have still does`t got it fully paid out. Got a partial payout 5/6/2016 of 500 euros. Have written several emails and messages on the page but never gets an answer.

No response, delayed payment.

I played on fastlane casino for over 4month ago and won abit of cash, 1168euro to be exact. I´ve been trying to reach or get a response from them for over 3month. I have tried email, facebook, their "leave a message" tab everything and have never got any response from them. Now after 4month they have sent 500euro to me. But still not responding or sending me the rest of the money..

Delaying payment for over 3 weeks

It has now been over 3 weeks since I first requested my payout of €625. I have tried contacting them at least 5 times, both by email and by leaving messages to their support who is offline all the time. And I really mean it's offline ALL the time, the "live chat" button on their site only leads to an imageurl of the "live chat" icon. It literally doesn't even have any function what so ever. They have not contacted me about any kind of documentation or reason to why my payment is being delayed, they have literally not contacted or responded to me at all. Even tho I have tried to contact them multiple times.

Stalling withdrawal for months!

So since there already are a couple of these complaints posted here I figured I wasnt going to paste mine, but Ive changed my mind, its probably better that people see whats going on. So, like the other guys I recived this email 18e feb. "Dear Johan, We just wanted to let you know that your withdrawal of 690.30 from Fast Lane Betting has been received and is being processed. You don’t need to do anything else; this email is just for your information. We will contact you again to let you know when your withdrawal has been processed. Thanks Fast Lane Betting Support Service Team" And just like the other guys ive tryed to email them 6-10 times, no answer A friend said that they always payout but are very slow in doing so, but I cant help getting abit nervous.

Won't answer emails or pay my winnings

The 28th of mars i sign up at Fastlane and played with the welcomebonus. I wagered the bonus and won. I then made a withdraw of €643. I then got this email: Dear Fredrik, We just wanted to let you know that your withdrawal of 643.00 from Fast Lane Betting has been received and is being processed. You don’t need to do anything else; this email is just for your information. We will contact you again to let you know when your withdrawal has been processed. Thanks Fast Lane Betting Support Service Team After that nothing has happend. I have been trying to use the livechat that is never open. I have sent them emails via the site maybe 10 times and about 5 emails responding to there email. I have not heard anything from them?

Delayed payment for 5 weeks

4th march i deposited 100 euro on fastlane betting and wager a bonus and won 5500 sek and made a withdraw. I didnt get any email that my winning was on the way back to my account or anything. 2 3 times every week i email fastlane without any answer. I try to contact the company thru livechat but its no chance to get in contact with them there. Is this really a serious company??

Thanks Fast Lane Betting Support Service Team Above is what I was sent on the 10th of Feb, and since I've been trying to get intouch with em without luck, I've sent several emails and tried to catch em online in Live Chat which just seems to be there for show as they are never there :( The email above seems to just be something that is sent out automatically. I hope they can improve their support and finance department soon and get me my money. I just want to warn others about this site taking alot of time to hand out your winnings again and lack the standard support. Hope to be hearing back from them sooner than later.

Contrary to their name they are extremely SLOW on my payment

I made a withdrawal after depositting 100 euros and being met with a 100% match bonus, I played slots for a while, managed to get through all of the wagering requirements with money left over! hooray So I made the withdrawal on the 9th march, Got a letter requesting my documents, sent off my documents... So was expecting the money any time within that next week like any other casino. So here we are on the 26th March Still recieved nothing, everytime I email I get a response saying its still under review by management. Everytime I go on live chat I get told the payment team arent there! Im really worried about my money now and would like some sort of indication of when theyre planning on paying me!

Slow payment

Hi,

In January I join Fast Lane Casino through the exclusive Askgamblers bonus. I follow the promotion terms, comply the wagering, and cashed out my winnings on the 17/01.

I wait two weeks and ask them how long would take to completed the payment process. Then they ask for my documents, that i sent, and my account was verified pretty fast. They said that my payment would be process by the end of that week (first week of february). I wait, and two weeks later (18/02) i ask again for my payment and they answer again that my payment would be process by next week.

So more 2 weeks have passed and im still waiting.

I hope Askgamblers can help me receive the money.

In December 2014 I won a fair amount of money. I verified my account and cashed out the money. Now it's already the 5th of march and still I havent received the money. Last week they promised me in an email that I'd be paid latest by the end of the week. I'll copy paste the email which I received:

At the end of last week i still didn't get the money. So after this i asked them again please send me the money. This time I spoke with Katie in the livechat. She promised me again to send me the money Monday. Again I didn't receive it.

At Tuesday I contacted them again and then they told me they'd send it Wednesday or latest Thursday before 12. Well and again I didn't receive it.

Hopefully this is going to help me and they will finally send the money to me. I never had to do so much effort to get my money. Are they out of money?
