Been a member for some time with no problems. Made 3 withdrawal requests in quick succession but received an email saying they could not be processed until I provided photo ID, copy of front and back of my registered debit card. forwarded all this as requested but received an email saying there was an another old debit card linked to the account. despite not having used this for moths they wanted copies. explained to them this was lost and cancelled with bank but they now want proof of this!! clearly delay tactics, getting fed up
