Winner casino. Withdrawal.

I've been trying to withdraw my winnings for the last week all of which keep getting declined. I have called and emailed and used live chat to try and understand what's going on... I started out with £550 winnings wich has no dwindled down to £110 purely for the fact it took so long I played about with the money. The loops and holes they make you jump through to receive YOUR winnings is mad... I have deposited £60 in the last week using different methods to see if I could then withdraw money in the same way! My most recent attempt at withdrawing the money is not currently "waiting" which it has been for the last 2 days!! I use William hill and ill shall be sticking with them in the future as there payments are processed within 48hours from winning to it being in your account!

So fed up of this now!

 Winner Casino decided to try to solve their closed complaints, so this one is reopen! Is this issue resolved meanwhile?
