Previously played at SilverOak casino., and got lucky and won $3,643.00 On 04/23/2015, I requested two bank wire withdrawals of my winnings in the amount of $2,500.00 and $1,143.00 On 04/05/2015, my $2,500.00 withdrawal request was approved and split in half without my consent to half $1,178.00 The other half $1,178.00 was placed into the withrawal box pending approval. My second withdrawal for $1,143.00 was changed to a check withdrawal without my consent. Why??? All this is very confusing, prolonging payments, splitting withdrawals, etc. On 5/8/2015, i tried logging into my account and i was not allowed. A pop-up message instructed me to contact Silver Oak Casino customer service. And i called the casino , and they had no answer for me. They said for me to call back on monday. I am a single mom, and my world has been shaken by this as i have spent a lot of money at Silver Oak casino. My account was closed without cause. I am requesting that my winnings in the amount of $3,643.00 be sent to me via bank wire in full, immediately, without delay, and without being split.

this is another casino Silveroak that i hear is fraud by other players in chat forum. I wanna know how these people operate casino and rob players money when they win. I cannot believe i have played at rouge casino, hearing this place is not legit. Horrible, player win fair and square they place my account on hold so i cant login, and don't pay me my winnings. I request that SilverOak pay me my winning $3,643.00 that they stole from me. I am very mad and frustraited about this, they take advantage of people and i am single mom, a lady. Very bad people

It’s already been explained by our Escalations Manager that your accounts are currently being audited. I am unable to give you any further information at this time. My understanding is once the audit is completed you, as well as Ask Gamblers, will be contacted with the full results of our audit.
