Where's my money?
My withdrawal for $348.00 ($500 minus my bonus of $152.00) was approved on Sept 15th. All my withdrawal information was received and approved prior to my withdrawal. On the Sept 30th I chatted with Jorge through live chat and he told me the payment hadn't been sent yet but he would escalate it. Since that time, no one will answer my calls, they are sent to a recording asking me to leave a message...I have left 5. I tried to do live chat and I get a message saying all representatives are busy, then I get logged off due to inactivity. I have sent 2 emails with no response. Sent another one tonight and it was returned. I also have 2 other withdrawals, $1000.00 on the 29th and $650.00 on the 30th. Am I going to receive anything? It is so frustrating dealing with this casino.
