Silver Oak Casino - Where is my payment?

I requested a payment in January and after much run- around they approved it on Feb 4. They called and told me it was approved and that I should receive it in 7 business days. After a couple of weeks, I started calling and emailing them as to where the check was? I then received an email from Robin saying they were having problems with the checks so they would send a prepaid master card and I would have it the next week. This email came from Robin on March 3 and I still don't have a check or a prepaid mastercard. I emailed them numerous times and they say they will answer you in one business day. I finally got one answer to my many emaisl and it made no sense --it said something to the effect that the money would be in my account in 72 hours. The amount due me is only $485 dollars. I have wasted a lot of time and it looks like I am never going to get paid!

I'm sorry for the delays with this and I completely understand your frustration with all this.

Your payment has been sent off and we're just waiting on the tracking, now. I would expect to receive the tracking in the next few days--generally by the time we have tracking, the payment is already delivered.

I promise--your payment is on it's way. ;-)

It's March 31, 2016 and while I do appreciate your response Tawni, it is exactly the same kind of response I have received from various people at your casino since February 4. Please let me know when you get the tracking information as to when I will receive the prepaid mastercard.

Good news! I'm happy to tell you that I've received the tracking and I can see it's set for delivery tomorrow morning (Friday). :-)
