I asked for to withdraw my £200 winnings last weekend.
I was then asked by royal house casino to provide ID, AFTER!! I had already been gambling. Providing ID is no problem as I’m 30 but I dont think they understand it is illegal to gamble NOT WITHDRAW so I’d should be asked for at sign up.
I have still not received my money, the payment still says pending and what is most frustrating is every effort to contact has not been responded to which has led me to complain through here.
There is NO PHONE NUMBER?!?
This is a joke and I want my money. It takes 1 second for me to pay you but absolutely no respect shown to the customer.
This is a last resort then I’m seeking legal advice, not about the money it’s principal.
