Waiting for my withdrawall for almost 4 weeks, from like three I am trying to find why is it so long and getting same reply on chat "we will contact finance team and will let You know asap".

I have got €455 from all of these withdrawals and they have locked my account! They said that the rest was a bonus which is not true!! maybe some part was but definitely not the all!! maybe someone from here will fix? let's see...

Yes and I have explained You that maybe little part (30-50%) was a bonus money the rest was REAL DEPOSITTED money!! so You are wrong, if the deposit and bonus has been lost then all winnings from new deposits (refunded) should be paid! if not let me play with my money+ 30-50% bonus on the account!! You have checked 4 weeks and have checked it totally wrong. You should check this AGAIN as it's impossible that all the rest money was a bonus.
