Planet 7 Casino - Waiting for payments on requests since January

First of all, I will preface this by saying I do enjoy playing at Planet 7 and the sister casinos, I have always been paid, but right now it seems to be backed up and I can't get a direct answer. For weeks I have been told "escalated" "waiting on confirmation" etc. (I can forward all email chains and chat transcripts if needed. I have two outsanding withdrawals at Planet 7, both requested at end of January:

$1301 ($985 after coupon removed)
$635 ($337 after coupon removed)

I have tried to be very patient, and haven't had problems with previous withdrawals but we're 2 1/2 months after my request of these withdrawals and I keep receiving the same answer over and over.

Hi johnnieva1234,

I've been looking at the notes on this and to be honest, it's a little confusing. Because you've had withdrawals in three of our casinos, it looks as if someone has tangled things up a bit and I need to do a bit of 'unraveling' to get things in order.

First thing in the morning, I'll be speaking with our Finance Manager to see what the problem is with your payment at Planet 7 and Club Player. I give you my word, I'll have this sorted out quickly.

Hi johnnieva1234,

After doing a bit of accounting, I can see that the amount sent off for the Planet 7 account is $1,323. I've checked to see if the tracking is available, however it's not in just yet.

I'll continue to keep an eye out for the tracking and I'll get back to you as soon as I have it.
