Waiting for payments on requests since January


First of all, I will preface this by saying I do enjoy playing at Planet 7 and the sister casinos, I have always been paid, but right now it seems to be backed up and I can't get a direct answer. For weeks I have been told "escalated" "waiting on confirmation" etc. (I can forward all email chains and chat transcripts if needed. I have two outsanding withdrawals at Planet 7, both requested at end of January:

$1301 ($985 after coupon removed)
$635 ($337 after coupon removed)

I have tried to be very patient, and haven't had problems with previous withdrawals but we're 2 1/2 months after my request of these withdrawals and I keep receiving the same answer over and over.
