VIP Room Casino - Suspend my account when i make a win

Hello I make an account in VIP Room casino and I play.

I make a nice win and want to make withdraw and send document if they want. But they not email me long time an i hear nothing so i look in casino and I see they suspend my account. I email them and ask if I can do anything and they only say we wait for feedback from security department but I not do anything i not understand why they do this to player. They always do this when you make a win?

I hope you can help me with this.

As far as I can see, your account was closed due to some suspicious registration information.

KYC documents were requested to verify your details but we have not received any response from you as yet. If you have not received the email, I have requested one of the support agents to request this from you again.

With that being said, we pride ourselves in resolving matters efficiently and also paying out winnings quickly so we are a little disappointed that you have used this method to have this matter resolved. If you felt that you were not getting the response quick enough, I would think that contacting us via LiveChat would've been a quicker solution to resolving this issue.

Please send us the required information we have requested via email and we will take the matter from there.

Hi guys,

Just to explain as to what is going on with the following users account - *******

We requested the user to send us his verification details. We received the documents and can verify his ID with his name.

The problem comes in with the profile of the player as well as his utility bill.

First of all, he sent the ID of a 21 yr old Thai national. He deposited 250 euros, this means he deposited over 10 000 Thai Baht, which is a lot of money in 1 deposit.

Even if that is acceptable....his utility bill (internet bill) that he sent has the following address on it -

************. ******­***­***­***­*****, Bangkok 10250 Thailand (Utility Bill Attached)

This address is registered to a Hotel - ***********( Name of the hotel is known to Submitter, Askgamblers staff and Casino rep)

Even if he lives at this hotel, the Utility bill will have a Unit/Room number of the individual and not just the Hotel's address. We know this, because my colleague and I have lived in Thailand for a number of years before. The fonts on the bill is also different if you compare his name and the rest of the document.

This being said, on doing some more search on this player we also found that he has tried to do something similiar before and was also caught out by another casino. The link can be found below -


There are too many anomalies that our risk team has found suspicious and have decided to close this users account for suspicious and false verification documents.

You say I 21 and make deposit more 10000 bath. How you know what is many money for me or little money. I think for casino this is normal and you not even know what my family do. you think Thailand people can not have money?

Also you say my bill is not real. Yes is one hotel on this adres but is many more also like apartment and shopping. I have this adres already a couple of year and never have any problem. All my bill i pay in the store like many people do in Thailand. You know this you live in Thailand some year yes? I do not need one number for a room on the bill the bill never come to my house. Many adres have this in Thailand and people pay the bill in the store for the street and number are not always good in Thailand and this is more easy. Company you have contract not look for you in your post adres this but look for your family house and id card number if you need pay. When you make contract in Thailand you have to give one book where you are register for post adres and id card number and family adres. Many time this adres in not were you really live and they only look for id number.

Also they change the letter in the bill for I want change the bill to english because casino not take a Thailand bill with Thailand letter. I can not do anything about this. I tell the adres and they change this to english I can not do anything about they not understand how to do this to english completely good not everybody in Thailand know good english and they make a smal error.

And you say I have problem with casino befor. yes i have 1 time almost 6 month ago. I not send a notary Id in time and they block me for this and take my winning even when i send notary document but to late.

Also I want say that you post my email my bill an my adres in this forum. i send this for you for verify you can not just put this in the forum. You have privacy rule and you can not do this. I send this for you for verify and you say i lie and post everything i think this is crazy and want make me look bad but make you look bad.

Last i want say for proof I not lie and my bill is not copy I can send notary id and notary bill to the casino an also to so they can see I not do anything wrong.
