Well I am on a bad streak with Casinos this month I have never experienced any problems anywhere then they all come at once I signed up for Vegas palms sometime last month in October I got an email promotion Last Thursday for 10 free spins Managed to win $4 then went on break da bank again and got up to over $100 wagered and requested a cashout..
This was 5 days ago still not verified my documents that i sent the same day not only this but i got told that i would have withdraw to another method as mastercards don't allow withdraws which is fine so i used my skrill account.
Then after another few days i contacted support to ask whats the hold up only then after around 7 days total i get told i would need to make a deposit with this new method to withdraw to it *sigh* so fine went to go ahead and do that but error? with my skrill (see attached) so i tried Neteller *error* and my other visa card *Error* SO what am i suppose to do i asked I can provide a screenshot of each and every one of the methods but there just not accepting it.
live support was so bad it could of made me cry

Hello Just an quick update i seemed to have been paid from the Casino I think.... although i got paid in a different currency then what i was using and a lot less of the currency to I cashed out $100 NZD got paid $90 AUD randomly into my Neteller so i presume its by them even thou i have had no documentation email or any confirmation what so ever and the withdraw was "work in progress".
I would say resolved but no thanks to the Casinos part you have to work it out all for yourself. It is sad that a case gets resolved and gets a smiley where as I am not happy by the performance of the Casino at all 3 weeks to get the money (which i am still unsure if its from them..) with terrible Support But i respect the way things work here.
