Stalling my verification and payment


hey there ive won 2,500 dollars at vegas palms i was not aware u had to verify for identification to get your payment i have now sent them to docs and they didn't accept them and said they had to be a certain quality and clear and readable how ever they didn't tell me this till 48 hours after the 48 hours i already waited for the payment to clear pending process so i got my passport and got a good copy of it clear and readable and same with my utility bill and re sent them, haven't herd back yet and all i want is my winnings that im entitled to collect as i withdraw through skrill money bookers and is meant to take 24 hour to get the payment in your account, they have lead me on for over 5 days now i have sent them a colour copy of my drivers licence passport and to different power bills with my name and address clearly stated on them, basically if its not one thing it is another i've done everything they have asked from me and still not good enough please help me

Quite frustrated with a delayed withdrawal
hello so i won $1000 on Aug 28 and proceed to do my withdrawal i sent in the necessary document needed i got no e mails saying we got your documents i logged on to my account and they said i need to upload my documents so i did that i had pre paid cards on my account which i did not need to add which i found out after contacting support 3 times cause they dont tell u what documents u need from then i called in this time to talk to support and that was just a bigger headache they just kept telling me that they need these 3 cards with i kept telling them i dont have them anymore as they are old bank cards after been on the phone for an hour with them i asked to talk to the pit boss on and i got an answer out of him asking me to go to the bank and get a letter saying those were my cards but are no logger active so i did that and he got my documents accepted finally 4 days after my withdrawal i called 24 hours later and asked them just on my status of my account and they told me i need to change my withdrawal choose cause it was rejected they said my card is blocked when i asked so i called my bank and talked to them and they said nothing is wrong with your visa not sure why they said its blocked so i called the casino and asked them this and they said that i have to change it so then i gave them all my swift info for it to go into my account i waited another 24 hours to call them when i did i just wanted to make sure my banking info was changed it was not i asked then customer support the other kinds of withdrawals she told me some i said ok thanks not once did i ask her to change my banking info to eco but she sent the banking team that info then when i told her i did not ask for that she disconnected the chat and when i tried to reconnect to chat i was unable to so i dont know what to do about this anymore i frustrated to very end and i try e mailing them but i never get a response

Hello, I am sending this complaint because vegas palms casino is stalling my withdrawal. I am playing on this casino for several months and deposited thousands of euro's and never cash out anything. On the 27 of july i made 2 deposits of €200 and after playing whole day i ended up with a balance of €900 and decided to withdrawal this amount. After more than 24 hrs that i made this withdrawal i asked in the chat why my withdrawal is till pending and i was told pending time is 24-48 hrs. In the chat sometimes have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get an answer. I told that in the review of this casino on askgamblers it says pending time is 24 hrs but he/she said again pending time is 24-48 hrs. So i waited another 24 hrs and looked in my account and nothing changed. I went back to the chat and asked why it's still pending and now he/she told me that the payment team doesn't work in the weekend. On monday after my withdrawal was pending for over 84 hrs i looked in my account and i don't see the withdrawal anymore and thought it has been sent to my creditcard. 24 hrs later i asked in the chat when i should receive my funds and got told i need to sent documents to [email protected]. So for about 108 hrs i didn't receive any email from them that they need my documents i couldn't even upload it in my account. So this same day i sent them the documents (picture of my id card from both sides,picture of my credit card from both sides and a bank statement). I received back an automatic email that they received it and the department will check them and i will hear back from them in 24-48 hrs. After waiting for about 48 hrs i received an email that i have to sent a selfie from me holding my id card and a electric bill or bank statement with my name and adress. So i made a selfie and sent a picture of me online banking with my name and adress and my account number in the screen. Again almost 48 hrs later they ask me again to sent in the same as last time. I have sent the documents to both their email adresses [email protected] and [email protected]. In about 8 hrs from now the total time passed since my withdrawal is 11 days. I have read some complaints on askgamblers and i see that i am not the 1st one with this problem. I kept all the emails that i have sent and received wich i can sent to you if you need it. I hope this complaint is solved soon because waiting 11 days i think is insane and still they haven't verified my account so how much longer is it going to take for me to receive my funds. Contradiction statements from Vegas Palms Casino support team making too much delay to process my withdraw request $600!
Hello Askgamblers, My name is Mohammad < surname removed >,I love to play online casino games and betting.On 20th November I registered an account with Vegas Palms Casino and I claimed welcome bonus after deposit.I found that only Microgaming games available for play.Well,I then played different slots several hours and finished wagering requirements.But I decided to continue playing and I had great fun.Finally I requested withdraw $600 and signed out.The next day I got an email from security team asking my documents for verification.So,I sent my all requested documents immediately and later on I had received acknowledgement reply which stated that they received my all documents and asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours for verification done and process my withdraw request.(All correspondences added with my complaint).So,after couple of days, I went to live chat to know when I will receive my payment $600.The support team member "Mita" admitted that my withdrawal was busy with Banking team and after checking everything they will process my payment into my preferred method.Very fair conversations with Mita satisfy me that I am receiving my payment soon where terms and conditions stated withdrawal processing takes 24 hours.But unfortunately I didn't receive my payment that day and I thought they will process next day.So,next day at night time I went to live chat where I still didn't received my payment yet!.Surprisingly support team member "Brandon" admitted they didn't receive my documents,so I showed him the acknowledgement reply which proofs they must received my documents.After that Brandon told me my documents are still pending for review and I have to wait 2 more business days to process my withdrawal request.Next day I went to live chat again to check everything in order.But another support member "Anthi" reported me that my documents didn't reviewed yet and she added my documents with urgent list for review and gave me warm congratulations for my winning.Again next day at night time I went to live chat again where my payment didn't received and I got support team member "Nicolette" who surprisingly admitted that they never received my documents,so my withdrawable balances reversed back into my casino account and requested to send my documents again into mentioned email address!!WTH??I had sent my documents couple of times previously where everyone admitted my documents are in order and I will receive my payment within shortly.I felt very bad experiences and I had sent my documents again into [email protected] and [email protected] and also received another acknowledgment reply that they had received my documents accordingly and request to wait another 24 to 48 hours for review process.These ways I had waited over 120 hours but didn't received my payment $600 yet!I have reviewed same trouble with other players had experienced which bring me here to complaint all about.So,dear Askgamblers,could you help me regarding my trouble please?Thank you.

Hi everyone ! So, here's my issues with Vegas Palms Casino... Every weeks I log into the casino and never had a problem, actually it was one of my favorite Online Casino... untill today ! i was playing on the casino when I receive a email from them saying that they took money out of my account for an error in receiving the money, If I had questions I just had to contact the casino desk. So I checked on my credit card and the money was taken, as usual with no problems. I went on the Chat and they told me they tried to contact me for months and sent me a thousand mails with no answer and that months ago I did a deposit that didn't pass. First she said it was on August with Visa, InstaDebit or E-Check, the thing is that I never used not of them. Always mastercard or Ukash. So I told her it was impossible and that it must be a problem somewhere ! Like I said, I log into the casino every weeks, never changed my phone number or email and they tried to reach me for months ??!! I never got a call or an email concerning this till today. She said she's gonna send me the reports and stuff but again, nothing. So I went on the Fortune Lounge support center trying to understand what it's all about and the guy said it was in January (not August) from another banking method that I don't use either ! Seriously ? I asked him many times for proofs, reports or anything concerning this and nothing !!! They obviously had the wrong infos or something... I checked my account history and my banking methods and still can't find anything about this ! They're not able to explain to me what happen but still don't wanna give me back my money ! Vegas Palms Casino is giving me the run around
I am getting VERY irritated with this casino group! I have played here for some time and made numerous deposits, but have never really won enough to want to cash out. I did decided to cash out $400 almost a week ago and STILL am waiting on my withdrawal. I have provided all of my id some time ago (I usually send it in as soon as I start playing at a casino, so I don't have a long time to wait for a withdrawal), and my account was previously verified. When I made the withdrawal I provided my banking info and asked for direct deposit (which I've done at a few other casino's with no issues). I cannot do this manually because in most casino's they ask for an IBAN number, which I am Canadian, so I don't have one. Therefor I've always had to ask the casino to put my banking info in manually. Anyway I have sent all info needed three times because they said they needed more info. AFTER giving all info they asked and needed they then sent me an email saying my deposit couldn't go through because they needed my bank code, branch code and address of my bank which was optional. I sent this info on THREE previous emails!! I then called and spoke to a customer service rep who tried to argue with me saying that I had not sent the info (she even spoke to her manager). AFTER being spoke to rudely I walked her through it and she saw what I meant and saw that yes I had sent the information that was required. I can't be the only Canadian at this casino and it certainly scares me that they don't have a clue how to make a deposit and the information needed to do so. It has been 6 days since I have requested the withdrawal this is NOT normal especially because I have sent my account verification documents to them way in advance. There is no excuse why this has taken so long and is an extremely large inconvenience. I probable will NEVER play at this casino again and I hope that someone will help me to make sure they don't get away with giving people the run around like this.
