Vernons Casino - Allowed me to exceed my Deposit Limit

I have been a member for sometime and have a £5 monthly limit set. On the 31/01/2015 i deposited £5 and then to my surprise It allowed me to deposit another £5 and so on altogether totalling £175 between the 31/01/15 and 01/02/15. I checked my deposit limit which stated £5 monthly and the reset date of 04/02/15 so i shouldn't have been able to deposit any money until the 04/02. I tried resetting my limit again to £5 per month but it carried on letting me deposit. So I contacted live chat who said I had cancelled my limit at 12.15 01/02/15 to which i explained that i had reset it again to £5 per month upon her noticing her mistake she said she would email management and i could wait at least 48 hrs for a reply. I have again spoke with their live chat agent who just told me my account is now closed and under review they won't say how long this will take. I just want the £175 that they allowed me to exceed my limit by returned.

We are aware of the problem experienced which has been caused by a fault within our software supplier’s backend system. Our software supplier is aware of the issue and it will be fixed shortly. As the player has already confirmed, we have already contacted and spoken to the player to resolve the issue.
