I recently made a deposit with this site and won £100, i withdrew my money with no problems and speedy payment, i then made a second deposit and won £600 and tried to withdraw, thats where all the trouble started, i was asked to verify my account ( didnt have to with first withdrawal) I completely understand that i need to do this so sent all items they had asked for... household bill, photo i.d, pictures of bank card front and back, i then waited and a few days later was asked to send in a picture of me holding my photo i.d ( never heard of having to do this before ) but sent it in anyway, a week passed with no communication other than me using the online chat and getting the same automated responses telling me to wait 24 hours etc, basically stalling the whole process with terrible excuses, today I recieved an email stating that my photo had been rejected as it had been cropped ( it hadnt ) and could i send another, i have done this immediately and am still getting the same excuses from the online chat, i am getting so frustrated with this whole issue as i am not getting anywhere and the customer service is so unhelpful

Yes the withdrawal has now been processed and i have recieved the funds, its a shame that i had to make a complaint to get the site to follow through the withdrawal. Will never be using this site again as just not worth the hassle of having to fight for the withdrawal
