Unjustified account closure with a pending €800 withdrawal


i have deposit 50€ with 150‰ bonus i have completed the wager requirements and i have withdraw 800€ on 26th january, before i have sent all the documents to proof my id and credit card.
i wait for more than 2 working days contact live chat for many times and they said everything was ok, but financial department will contact me but everything was ok.
now i try to login and say to contact support.
i want to know what i should do receive my withdraw...
is this a fake online casino or not? i need an answer

the case was solved after more than one month they put the money back in my casino account but there support doesn't sent any message saying that the case was solved.
i think they have to improve there support because is very important the communication between players and casinos.

well it passed 12 days and still don't have a credible answer they just say they are investigate. but they close my account without any credible reason, will give them a second chance hope they answer me.

My Issue is that im not getting my withdrawal and isnt getting any information from the casino.

I did a withdrawal with using mastercard to withdrawal that was my option to withdrawal with. and contacted the support and got my account verfied and got this as a replay from them :

Then they are saying they are handeling all withdrawals in 48 h . so when it have passed 72 h and several times asked the supportchat whats going on , i start to read more on the page and then its posted i cant withdrawal with mastercard , but it was still a option for me to withdrawal and the supportstaff have told ne several times that they have pushed the withdrawal with the financedepartment. But still i dont get any emails about i have the wrong withdrawal metheod that was my option when i did the withdrawal.

then after that i talked to the support and they are telling me to not cancel the withdrawal but ust wait.
then i contact the support again and emailed the [email protected] and asked them if i can use my skrillaccount insteed to withdrawal to. with out a replay from them . contact the support again and then get told from anouther person in support i need to cancel the withdrawal and start all over again and wait anouther 48 h. and they are telling me that they hope it would be resolved this weekend. then i open the support again a couple of hours later and asking them then i get told the finance department isnt working weekends. so i dont know what to do anymore with this site because last time i got to wait 72 h with out any information or get told i cant withdrawal with that methoed that was a option on their page to withdrawal with. It feels like this is a scam casino and i dont know what to do about it anymore . and how i would be able to get my money from them .

BUT – < name removed > immediately write me, that he make bad bonus, because I have every 100 eur with 125x wagering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
