On Wednesday 9/9/2015, I deposited a total of £100 and was lucky enough to win £400 and created a withdrawal request.
I spoke to Vegaberry's live chat to determine what documents were required to verify my account and I sent over the required documents for verification.
I received a reply around 2 hours later confirming my account was now verified.
On the 11/09/2015 I again spoke with live chat and asked why there was a delay in my withdrawal being processed.
Carl, on live chat, confirmed to me that I would be paid on Monday 14th September as this is the next business day following the weekend.
I then continued to deposit and play over the weekend and won a further three times totaling £450 and created 3 more withdrawal requests.
I have since sent an email to the cashier department with no reply and spoke with Tom on live chat who although helpful can not seem to contact the accounts department.
Please help me claim my winnings from Vegasberry, askgambers help in resolving this matter is greaty appreciated.
