I was approved for my 2500.00 withdrawal on 3/3/17 and have not yet received payment. My emails of inquiry have gone unanswered. Thank you.
I am a VIP player which is supposed to drastically reduce waiting time....imagine if I wasn't. I need them to pay their obligation in a fair manner which is not being done.

I received a check today from Vegas Strip however it is not in the full amount. My withdrawal was approved for 2500.00 and the check they sent is only for 1275.00 and with no explanation.
