Withdrawal Problems
I requested a withdrawal of $782 on 6/23/2021 and verified at that time that casino had all required documents and they had been approved. I have been on live chat several times and emailed several times since 7/2/2021, trying to get an update.
Casino T&C’s state as follows: “All withdrawal requests must be reviewed and approved by the casino before being sent for payment. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of request. Payments will be made in 7-10 business days after approval”.
I still, to date, have no update as to my withdrawal. This has been escalated 4 times now, but I keep being told they have many withdrawal requests and to be patient and it will be processed when they can get to it. Vegas Strip Casino continues to violate it’s T&C’s. Additionally, I requested a withdrawal of $194 on 6/6/2021.
I sent in all required documents on 6/8 and they were accepted. I had been on live chat almost daily and sent numerous emails, trying to get an update.
One month later, I went back to check on my withdrawal and withdrawal was reversed back into my casino account. I went to live chat to find out why and was told I had a maximum withdrawal of $100 and I would need to request another withdrawal for the maximum amount. This had always been done, previously, by the casino finance department. This means I have to wait again for an update to my withdrawal.
