Refused to credit back $100 from Players Card
After I messed up my computer, I reinstalled Win XP. Then I downloaded ALL the programs I lost including casinos I gambled in. I started w/ Veas Strip. After downloading I was notified that w/this: "It appears you never have played here....... sign up and begin your gaming experience w/us." bla bla bla . I thought from that statement all my info also was destroyed when I formated my computer to reinstall Win XP, so I did just that; I signed up. Then I made a $100 deposit with my Players Reward Card. I spoke to Customer Service when an expected bonus did not show on my account which was suppose to be additional cash at a percentage of the deposited $100. They informed me I had multiple accounts, would not get paid if I were to win so the bonus didn't really matter.... it was a fun money anyway, not real. WHAT?? I asked them , ":are you serious?" Then I demanded my Players Card deposit balance of $100 to returned and I would go elsewhere. Customer service they will not credit it back. After I asked them again to return it and inquired if they were really intending to pirate my $100 Customer service had the nerve to say, "it's not your money anyway!" Well you have to spend and play to get a card so ITS MY MONEY! Customer service disconnected and that was that. So wrong to be treated like that. I want a credit returned to that Players Card. I did not play there and just left .
